I am Andrew Blaser, Aspiring Solutions Architect, and current Help Desk Analyst.

Cloud Architecture and Infrastructure is the future of IT and I am diving myself deep into cloud with no option to be average at my future job.

Certifications and Awards That I Have Won

I firmly believe in always striving to better yourself. With that being said I am constantly working on new certifications and projects. Currently I am studying for the AWS Certified Solutions Architect Associate. This will be my next certification I pass and add to this list.

2022
AWS Certified Cloud Practitioner

While studying for this certification I learned about core AWS services and use cases, billing and pricing models, security concepts, and how the cloud impacts businesses. I learned what requirements need to be met as well for best-practiced cloud architecture.

Security+

Learned about risk management and risk mitigation, including more emphasis on the practical and hands-on ability to both identify and address security threats, attacks and vulnerabilities.

Philanthropy Chairman

While I was apart of Sigma Chi Fraternity my Freshman year of college I was elected as the philanthropy chairman. It was my responsibility for organizing philanthropic events for us to give back to our community.

Do Big Things Scholarship

I was awarded a scholarship from a family at my high school that saw big potential in an individual. I was selected out of twenty candidates and now I get to sit on the board yearly to choose the next winners of this scholarship.

Help Desk Analyst
  • Support and maintain corporate Active Directory containing over 2,000 users and 100 security groups.
  • Work within a ticketing system to provide users with efficient and effective resolutions to software or hardware-related issues.
  • Managed an IT team of 10 for the largest COVID-19 vaccination site in the United States that our company launched in Miami.
2020-2021
IT Field Technician
  • Technician working on the ELLiE software team, testing the new EPIC software on over 5,000 corporate computers, confirming compatibility between computers, software, and printers.
  • Responsible for configuring and installing paper printers and label printers at over 50 different Orlando Health sites.
  • Served as first point of contact for printer related issues throughout the hospitals and other hardware related issues.
